Who we are

CitedLists is a service of Belord LLC, 651 N Broad St, Suite 201, Middletown, DE 19709, USA ("we"), the company behind Replymer. Contact: hello@citedlists.com.

The service

Free audit. We send you the pages that ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI cite for your category, whether you're in them, and which look reachable. It costs nothing and commits you to nothing.

Placements. You pick the targets. We try to get your product onto them through an editorial pitch, a listing, or the author joining your affiliate program. Publishers decide what appears on their sites.

A placement is "live" when a page on a third-party site is publicly reachable and names your product.

Price and payment

$249 per live placement, including a publisher fee of up to $100. If a publisher asks for more than that, we tell you the extra cost first and only go ahead if you agree.

You can reserve one placement for $249, or Starter: 3 placements for $599. Both are paid in advance by card through Stripe. Your card statement will show CITEDLISTS.

If a placement doesn't go live, or disappears

If a placement isn't live within 30 days of the later of your payment and you picking your targets, we refund that placement's share of what you paid: $249 for a single placement, or one third of Starter, $199.67. If a live placement disappears within 6 months of going live, we replace it with a comparable one. See Refunds.

What we don't promise

We don't promise AI recommendations, AI citations of your product, search rankings, traffic, sales, or dofollow links. AI answers change often and we don't control them. Publishers may label a placement as sponsored or mark its links nofollow, as they or the law require.

We don't do fake reviews, and we don't buy reviews on review platforms.

Your part

You confirm that you may promote the product and that what you tell us about it is true. If an author joins your affiliate program, the commissions on sales they bring are between you and them. We can decline products we can't honestly place.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us for the placements concerned, and we aren't liable for indirect or lost-profit damages.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the version in force when you paid applies to that order. Delaware law governs these terms.
