The audit is free, so there is nothing to refund.

A placement isn't live in 30 days

You pay in advance. If a placement isn't live within 30 days of the later of your payment and you picking your targets, we refund it:

• Single placement: $249.
• Starter: that placement's share, one third of $599, which is $199.67. If none of the three goes live, you get all $599 back.

A placement disappears within 6 months

We replace it with a comparable placement at no charge.

How to ask

Email hello@citedlists.com from the address you paid with. Refunds go back to your original card through Stripe. Your bank may take a few business days to show them.

Anything else about your order, write to us and we'll look at it.
