What we collect

• Audit requests: your product URL, email and, if you give one, a competitor. We use them to prepare and send your audit and to follow up on it.
• Orders: Stripe handles your card. We receive your name, email, product URL, what you bought and the payment status, and we don't see your card number.
• Site analytics: DataFast measures visits and clicks on this site and sets its own analytics cookies.
• Our own cookies: two functional cookies link your audit request or the email you came from to a later order.
• Email: we may email you about CitedLists if you're a current or past Replymer user or asked for an audit. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.

Who processes it

Hetzner (hosting), Stripe (payments), DataFast (analytics), Sequenzy (sending email), Forward Email, Google and Zoho (our mailboxes) and Telegram (internal alerts about new requests and orders). We don't sell your data.

How long we keep it

Audit requests: up to 24 months. Order records: as long as tax and accounting rules require.

Your rights

Write to hello@citedlists.com to see, correct or delete your data, or to object to how we use it. If you're in the EU or UK, our legal basis is your request (audits, orders) and our legitimate interest (analytics, email to past customers), and you can complain to your data protection authority.
